These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and our services, including the creation, deployment, and interaction with Analog Humans—emotionally intelligent, self-learning digital entities powered by advanced artificial intelligence and computer graphics (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.
Use of the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Services. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable subscription or service agreement. The Services include access to Analog Humans—digital entities capable of expressing emotions, empathy, confidence, and self-learning, which can be trained with your data to act as customer agents, digital employees, or personal digital twins. You agree not to use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the functionality of Analog Humans or the Website; use the Services to transmit harmful content, including malware, hate speech, or illegal materials; or misrepresent the capabilities or identity of Analog Humans to third parties.
Accounts and Subscriptions
To access certain features (e.g., training an Analog Human), you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Some Services require a paid subscription. Pricing and terms will be detailed in a separate agreement or on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@analogai.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
Data and Training
You may upload company or personal data to train Analog Humans. You represent that you have the right to use and share this data with us. By uploading data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use it to train and operate Analog Humans for your benefit, as well as to improve our AI models, unless you opt out via written notice to contact@analogai.net. You retain ownership of your uploaded data. We claim no ownership beyond the license granted herein. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://analogai.net/privacy-policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, AI technology, computer graphics, and trademarks related to the Website and Analog Humans are owned by AnalogAI or our licensors and protected by copyright, patent, and other laws. Feedback, suggestions, or content you submit (excluding training data) grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate it into the Services. The trained behavior and output of an Analog Human remain our intellectual property, though customized to your data.
AI-Specific Disclaimers
Analog Humans are designed to mimic human-like qualities (e.g., empathy, humor), but we do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of their responses or actions. The self-learning capabilities of Analog Humans may evolve unpredictably based on training data and interactions. You are responsible for monitoring their performance. You agree to use Analog Humans ethically and in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., no deceptive impersonation).

Limitation of Liability
